Englewood Row Gallery and Art Space TM provides affordable artist studios and wall infinite leasing in a supportive surround for all ages. Englewood Row Gallery is an bonny, comfy space to work, exhibit art and produce art shows, fairs and artistically related events. Englewood Row offers artists the opportunity to demonstrate and sell their work to the public five days a week. We welcome recognized too every bit young and emerging local artists seeking to establish their place in the KC area arts community at Englewood Row.

Englewood Row is dwelling to nine artist studios and multiple, rentable display walls within the Gallery building. Nine artist studios abut a 900 square foot Gallery. At that place are 1075 total square footage of rentable gallery walls within the Gallery building where Gallery artists display their work.

Rentable Gallery gallery walls dimensions range from 15 to 75 SF and monthly hire rates vary from $ten to $50 per month.  Pricing for gallery walls are based on size, location, and extra amenities. The Featured Artist wall (Wall 11 – 128 SF) lease includes web site and social media advertizing and marketing by a professional person Advertisement agency for a new artist and their featured art piece of work each month.

The Gallery includes the following civilities (included in the monthly Gallery walls rent):

Located in the Englewood Art District (KCMO's but officially zoned Art District)

Utilities including phone service in both studio and Gallery areas

Maintenance (24/7)

On-site parking (and gratuitous street medium parking)

Access 24 hour/seven days per week to Gallery building

Artist bio, picture & artwork in a point-of-contact page on Englewood Row  website free

"Featured Creative person" one month gratis with charter sign-up (min. 6 months). Benefits include free Gallery wall space 1 calendar month plus publicity & advertising for that 3 rd Fri Art Walk

3 rd Fri Art Walk yr-round with complimentary music, tastings, wine & desserts

HOW TO LEASE GALLERY WALLS

  1. Choose an available Gallery Wall
  2. Fill out & submit the application
  3. KC Property Solutions will complete the Lease one time canonical
  4. Sign the charter. See electronic lease form beneath.

Artists must exist juried into the gallery walls which may include an informal interview with one or more than resident artists.

Each gallery wall charter requires a deposit equal to $25. Featured Artists leases are a one or three month lease (the latter discounted). All other gallery wall leases require a iii month lease.

We may non take what you want available at the time of application. Come across the Floor Program below as to where rentable gallery walls are located. Later on your awarding has been received you will exist contacted to discuss available gallery walls and meet with some of the resident artists.
