  • zest of ane lemon
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 loving cup fresh herbs, minced (I apply parsley and basil)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
  • two pounds tilapia fillets
  • Table salt and footing black pepper
